We all had a blast at the Cruise-In this year! So happy it's returned! There sure are a lot of beautiful cars that come out of the woodwork for events like this. Thanks to everyone who stopped by and said hi to us and "Freddie" the Fiat!

Vancouver, June 18, 2011 The BC Cancer Foundation announced today that 2879 participants across British Columbia and the Pacific Northwest raised $11.1 million in the third annual Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer. Since its inception in 2009, the Ride has raised $27.2 million, making it the most successful cancer-related fundraising event in B.C. history. 

Don is off in the pouring rain. Hopefully it will clear up by this afternoon, as predicted. The Fraser Downs racetrack - ride start - was a sea of mud this morning... not very pleasant for the riders.

Car-Toon's owner, Don, is participating once again in the Ride to Conquer Cancer. In an effort to raise even more money for this great cause ALL proceeds from the car AND dog wash on Sunday, June 12th will be donated to the "Ride to Conquer Cancer" supporting the BC Cancer Foundation.
